Step out the front door like a ghost into the fog
where no one notices the contrast
of white on white, and in between the moon
and you the angels get a better view
of the crumbling difference between wrong and right

This collection is inspired by lyrics from Kurt Elling's song, Never Never Land.
My friends, every day we sit in our everyday chairs, and go to our everyday work, drink from the everyday cup. But we never allow ourselves to go into the extraordinary places in our minds, in our hearts.
I ask you my friends: How do you think a book is written? How do you think a song is sung? How do you think a picture is painted? How do you think a race is won? How do you think the world gets started?
If a little daydreaming is dangerous, the cure for it is not to dream less, but to dream more, to dream all the time.

I love how well this one came together. It was certainly trying to think of as many synonyms of "purple" as I could, but I think I pulled it off. My favorite pieces have to be the purple pirate ships by SeaBelly and the eggplants by RebeccaPlotnick.

This treasury was unexpected. I wasn't hovering over the 222 waiting for it to open up at all. I just happened to be on the treasury page when it was opening, and I had to think of a title fast. My initial thought was to look for gold items. I typed "Gold..." and then changed my mind and went for fish. The first item I found with which to fill my treasury remains my favorite: the Patrol Goldfish by InanimateLife.

PopUpCardMaking's Kirigami serves as a warm centerpiece for this treasury. I made this one as the wind howled outside, and it still makes me just a little bit cozier each time I look at it.

So many delicious pieces here... I love the hat by MojoSpaStyle (and the well-posed photograph), but I think my favorite piece award here must go to the Raven Tie by ToyBreaker. The most intriguing part is the shadow in the photograph. The raven silhouette continues in the dark folds of the rest of the tie (this of course would not still be the case if one were wearing said tie, but I like the photograph nonetheless).

And in between the moon and you, angels get a better view of the crumbling difference between wrong and right... I liked this collection so much, I made it twice! The second time was really just so I could remember to get a screen shot of it. I have a hard time choosing my favorite piece, but I think it has to be the Man in the Moon Necklace by Monaco. I did not expect the hints of blue to have such an impact on the final collection.
