Absolutely Crabulous

The Metacarcinus magister, or Dungeness Crab lives off the shores of my favorite coast. This little guy was named after Dungeness, Washingon, he is the state crustacean of Oregon, and this photo was taken in California. Seafood Watch has given Dungeness Crab a Sustainable seafood rating of "Best Choice," so go ahead and chow down.
