In-stock items begin shipping the next business day. Back-ordered items may take up to
3 weeks to begin shipping (usually less). All items are shipped via USPS. All items ship free worldwide! If you are ordering several items shipped to the same address, or if your items will be shipped within the state of Oregon, you may be eligible for further discounts. Additional discounts will be applied after the time of purchase in the form of a refund. Discounts range from $0.50 to $10.00 per item. |
All orders are reviewed for discount eligibility. Items eligible for more than one discount will receive all discounts that apply. If you would like to know your exact discounts before purchasing, please see the discounts page, or contact me with a list of items you wish to purchase, and I can send you a personalized invoice.
All shipping is done via The United States Postal Service in an effort to reduce carbon emissions:
1. The vehicles used to transport your mail to your post office box or place of residence will be traveling to those locations daily regardless of other circumstances. It requires no extra fuel as it would for a UPS, FedEx, or other delivery service truck to make a trip down your street.
2. If your order is small, I can mail it via the USPS without leaving my house. If your order is large enough that I must bring it to the post office to mail it, I will use the post office annex in my local grocery store, on one of my already planned trips to said store.
3. Orders that do not need to travel very far are eligible for special discounts.

Refunds and Exchanges
Items that arrive damaged will be replaced when possible. Other returns and refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the item and the reason for the claim. Daogreer Earth Works makes every effort to be reasonable.
All items are constructed and stored in a furry-pet-free and smoke-free space.
