Larval Eagle
I don't know what will hatch from the cocoon produced by this larva, but this sucker is HUGE! It's about as big around as a dime, and it was at least 4 inches long. I'm guessing it's not gonna be a butterfly or moth; it's gonna be an EAGLE.

I followed this little guy for a long time, snapping photo after photo. He didn't have any bodyguards, but he also refused to sign an autograph for me. I think it was because he couldn't lift the pen.
